The Ross County Conservation League was founded in 1944.

Our purpose is to encourage the conservation of our natural resources, the wise use and enjoyment of the outdoors,

and to educate those new to outdoor activities.

FAMILY IN THE OUTDOORS

Twice each year with help of the ODNR we conduct classes for children and adults in archery, fishing and shooting.

These are open to all ages, are taught by qualified instructors and include how to safely handle fire arms and

archery equipment. Check the "events" page for the next class.

HUNTER SAFETY CLASSES

Hunter Safety classes are conducted several times a year in the spring and fall. Completion of a Hunter

Safety class is required for all persons wishing to obtain an Ohio hunting license as well as

most other states. To sign up for one of our classes go to  www.wildlife.ohiodnr.gov
